From the drop-down menu, simply select the “Premium subscription” option. WIX will redirect you to a page where you’ll see all the subscriptions you have with the platform.

All you’d have to do is, click on the options button in front of the subscription you want to delete and click “Cancel Plan”.

Next, WIX will show you a pop-up asking if you are sure to cancel the premium plan.

You’d also be asked to tell the reason for canceling the plan. After giving the necessary details, you can just click “Cancel Now”.

That’s it. You’ve deleted a WIX subscription. Repeat the same procedure for every subscription or premium plan you have with WIX.

2.  Move Sites to Trash

The next step to delete WIX account is moving your sites to trash, which is also pretty easy.

Now that you’ve completely removed your subscriptions and sites from WIX, the next step to delete WIX account is to remove your domains.

The procedure of deleting your WIX domains is similar to deleting subscriptions.

Go back to the main WIX dashboard and click on your name or account picture. From the drop-down menu, select “Domains”.

After clicking on “Domains”, you’ll land on the domain management page of WIX.

If your domain is registered with WIX, you can transfer it to a different registrar. In case your WIX domain is already with another registrar, you can simply delete them with a click of the mouse.

Just click on the options icon in front of the domain you want to delete and select “Remove from WIX”. A pop-up will appear, asking to confirm your deletion.

That’s it. Your domain will be deleted. Repeat the above procedure for any number of domains you have with WIX.

To delete WIX account, click your account picture and click the “Account settings” option.

On the next page, scroll down to the bottom and find the “Close your account” option. Click on “Learn More”.
